Range Of Motion Exercises

I'm 10 weeks out from lateral THR surgery. My rehab has gone well. I'm

swimming, walking and biking without much difficulty. I'm interested to know

whether anyone knows some exercises to enhance my range of motion. It's pretty

good now, I can put my socks on my foot on the surgical side with only a bit of

tightness. I'm assuming my surgical side will eventually have a range of motion

as good or better than my non-surgical side. Will the full range of motion on

my surgical side eventually just " come " or do I have to build it up through

certain exercises?

FYI I'm 61 years old, 6'1 " and 240lbs. Also, pretty active.

Thanks,

Steve
