Guest guest
Three months ago I had TKN on my left knee. All in all I think I am doing pretty good. My biggest problem is after sitting when I get up I limp for a few steps and then it gets better. The same with walking, After I limp for may 10 steps it seems to get better and then I can walk a mile with little or no pain. I had my surgery Dec.18th and went back to work the fourth of Feb. After I finished my rehab I have not exercised like I should because of working so much. Could the lack of exercise have anything to do with it. I retire on the 20th and the next week I plan on joining a exercise club and start strengthening the knee again. JJ
