Guest guest
I was told by both my doctor and PT that certain moves in yoga may cause problems. I'm not sure what type of yoga you are doing but most definitely it can put strain on both the muscles in that area as well as the joints. If you can contact your PT who worked with you, I'm certain they would be able to offer their input. Guest guest
Thanks . I am definitely putting yoga on hold until I am sure that it is ok. I know that the muscles around the hip are very tight and I need to stretch them but I'm not taking any chances with this hip. > > > ** > > > > > > I have had both hips replaced.
