Hi .

I am sure you will get heaps of feedback, but in a nutshell, I would say in

5 weeks with both knees done same day you are doing magnificently.

Hello, I just joined this group. I had both knees replaced on 12/13 so I am

about 5 weeks out. At this point I am walking with a cane outside of the

house and can walk without it in the house. I just started driving this week

and back to the office a few afternoons per week. I am doing PT on my own on

a daily basis and with a therapist 3 times per week. Still have pain and

discomfort and take my pain med's 3 to 4 times in a 24 hour period. I am 50

years old and in relatively good shape outside of the knees.

I am interested in getting some feedback from others in the group that have

experienced what i am going through, I am trying to figure out if I am on

track, ahead of or behind where I should be at this point. How long should

it be before I can wlak without discomfort.

I am trying to work on gaining strength and flexibility. I am at about 100

deg. with one knee and about 90 with the other.

I know that I have asked for alot of feedback but I really would appreciate

some replies.
