Guest guest
If you recall I ended up with an infection four weeks after my hip replacement surgery. I went on antibiotics Monday night and it appears much better already. My doctor looked at the incision today and said that the infection is superficial most likely a reaction to the stitches underneath. This very same thing happened 30 years ago with my C Section so I'm not surprised. He gave me a thumbs up and said I was doing fantastic and can resume my cardio either riding the bike or walking on an incline, or swimming in my pool. He also encouraged me to get back into my weight lifting as he said it would only speed up my recovery. I could not be more thrilled and now with the infection subsiding, I have very little pain left so I'm off the pain meds. Thanks for all the support everyone! You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it.
