Guest guest
That is interesting . I have not been through any detectors since my knee replacements and everyone on here is giving me an idea of what can happen in different situations. Thanks. Pat in Pennsylvania Bilateral TKR August 2010 [Norton AntiSpam]Re: reply to Joan I set off the metal detector at the Dallas County courthouse when I reported for jury duty. I was not searched. I asked them why afterwards. They showed me that the red light comes on at the position of your body where metal is detected. The only light I lit up was right at my knee. I had told them going through the detector that I had a knee replacement. in TX
Guest guest
I had some occasion to go into court and the jail. ... While they ignored my card, I also didn't set off alarms. Or if I did, they did a quick sweep of my legs with the scanner and sent me on through with little problem. Donna R Re: [Norton AntiSpam]Re: reply to Joan That is interesting .
