Guest guest
Agnes, whether this product is better than another whey concentrate/isolate blend remains unproven, but it will increase glutathione. The hydrolyzed whey component is a cheap alternative to an isolate or a non-hydrolyzed concentrate, and it is said to be easier to digest than an already easy-to-digest similar product, but hydrolyzed whey contains more glutamate and free cysteine, which are essentially negatives. And the product is pretty pricy considering. I think generally people are better off without hydrolyzed whey. I use a straight isolate myself. all good, Duncan > >I know there has been discussion regarding lauric acid in this forum. I think it has a synergistic effect when consumed within a whole food context as in VCO or breast milk. Some substances are benefit producing as part of a symbiosis of elements but taken in isolation show less than optimal results. > > > > > > > > >
