Too much coconut oil without any solid food can give me the runs.

Along with solid food, I can take 4 ounces or so at a time.

How much oil did you take?

I think that I took 3 or 4 tablespoons in 1 dose, on one day, and 2 or 3

tablespoons in 1 dose, on another day.

I think that both were without food.

I was not used to doing it that way. The most that I had ever done was 2 or 3

tablespoons, but spread out over the day, not all in 1 dose without food.

Is it possible that too much in 1 dose can trigger a detox headache, if the body

is not accustomed to that much coconut oil?
