Pregnenelone has no known toxicity. Adults may take 50-150 mg to offset

naturally falling production and get closer to youthful levels, but those given

525 mg daily dose for three months in the research had no issues with it.

Progesterone doesn't have nearly as broad a range of effect so chance of

imbalance is higher; however, it's safe at maintenance doses. Here's a Gooogle
