I am thinking there may be other opinions, Dee...

Sometimes I feel Dr. Merc has an agenda to down play some things and up play

other things...possibly according to the products he  is pushing that

month...yes, call me cynical at times...his stuff is among the highest priced I

see around...

so yes...want ing Duncan to weigh in here please...

In something like this it is likely more of an opinion thing...

as I have never heard of levels of D that were so high a Doc would say, " Stop

this now! "

Yes some more opinions would be good - either to confirm...or to refute...

Part of finding balance is listening to other sources of info...(imo)

Don,

I just posted the optimum levels according to dr. mercola or did you just want

another opinion? To repeat, here is what Dr. Mercola says is optimal:

optimal Vitamin D levels is 50-65 ng/ml.

If you have cancer the optimal level would be 65-90 ng/ml.

Anything over 100 is considered excess:

Much more here at:

But if you just wanted other opinions that's fine too.

Best,

Dee
