There are three important things to consider:

Age, diet, and Level of Health:

If...

you are 45 yrs old,

in good health,

and you happen to enjoy lots of homemade soup:

Two level tablespoons per day is probably all you need right now,

However, I suggest that you not keep this as a rule forever.

Because, chances are, you will probably age.

Unless, of course, you have been reading Duncan Crowe's posts for a

number of years.

I've found that results coincide with dosage. I've used up to two

tablespoons at once.

Usually a teaspoonful is enough.
