Wow! You have a good PT program! I had 2 weeks of home PT then off o the PT

gym where I did bike and other exercises on my own and stretched by therapist.

Bike is good! Though not before coffee!!!!!

Did you bike with the weights on or some other use.

Keep up the good work!

Hi , Has the water receded? I was glad to see that the tennis community

has done so serious monry raising for the floods. How is you friend? More

importantly, is there anything we can do from here?
