Coconut oil

I was gonna say I get my organic coconut oil from Meijer.  Meijer is a local

store like walmart.  I buy it in the cooking isle.   The brand is spectrum.  I

may pay a little more for it than many of you do but until I am sure this is

something I am gonna continue with, this is perfect for me.  I am on my third

jar.  It was kinda different tasting the first time I used it.  It reminded me

of thick water.  I have been using it in a shake mostly with the whey protein

and and a slim fast.  I did have some in my tea today.  I feel very fortunate

that my hair skin and nails are in pretty good shape, at least many people

compliment me often on all three.  I had my liver function retested and It came

back normal this time.  I am not gonna quit doing what I am doing for the time

being.  It seem to be working.   

I was interested in the fast using the egg yolk and lemon juice.  I will really

have to psych myself up to swallow that egg yolk.  I will see and let you know

if I try it.
