I started putting a tablespoon in a can of dog food, dividing it between 2

large dogs, 70 -99 lbs. they eat other food later, but I put their

supplements in the can food.

Also I started taking a tablespoon in liquid for me about 12 days ago. I got

food grade DTE from a man who is into natural health. I also have lost over

3 lbs this week, I don't know what happen, but I'm glade! I eat about the

same, (healthy) but I did add the DTE and then I also this last 5 days,

(when I lost the weight) stopped putting my tablespoon of golden flax meal

in my perfect food, green powder that I have in my water in the mornings,

and added the DTE that I had been putting in my green tea. But it could be

my hormones are better this week. I'm at a good weight for my 5'7 frame so

I'm happy today!!! feel good, but wouldn't mind 3 more lbs off, but no more

than that. ( Been going through the change for a few years now.having a

period every 13-14 days, seems to cause water weight. I like it much better

when I'm on the part of going months without. Used to be 26-29 days. I do

use progesterone cream. I said all that to say I can not be sure the DTE was

helpful for that, or the going without the flax meal, but those are the only

two things I did different. Oh another thing I have noticed this last few

days, is my fingers are not feeling as tight or swollen in the joints. I

once had a chiropractor tell me it was the flax meal I was using caused that

problem, and only use fish oil. While another chiropractor said he

disagreed. If anyone has had any experience with joints with flax meal

please let me know. Thank you.

Have great weekend!

Umm, I don't mean to be insulting or anything but incase you didn't know:

where I come from when we say someone " turned his nose up " at something it

means they won't have anything to do with it. We were not inhaling it or

even thinking of breathing it in anyway. I do apprecate the info though

because I did inhale it while putting in on my dogs. Thank you very much.
