I buy gum from natures sunshine, when on sale, ( my cost on it is still more

than other brands I get on line) I buy " Spry peppermint gum " I like it

better than spearmint, flavor last longer.. You could also look at your

health food store. It cost 5.99 for a tub of 100 on both sits below. But

all the gum I've looked at Wal-Mart has aspartame.

Also for your gum health, Co Q10 Ubiquinol at least 100 mg and brush with

good herbal toothpaste and baking soda. Rinse with Perio wash and " once in

a while, not all the time " peroxide first. Be sure and floss.

Two years ago I had gone to the dentist after not going for about 8 years,

had my teeth cleaned and check up, I thought because I couldn't see build up

my teeth I didn't need cleaning from a dentist, thought I was doing good on

my own! Some back teeth had what they call 5's, perio dental disease! They

changed over the last 2 years, as I go now ever 6 month for cleaning

now..They went to 4, now 3 and some of the other teeth that weren't bad

changed to 2 and even one's ! The dentist said they never see such

improvements on anyone's gums. I take other antioxidants too though, like

Acai puree by Amazon Thunder, Grape seed extract, and Astaxanthin along with

probiotics and other supplements, and start my morning with water and fresh

lemon, then my green powder, perfect food. So I can't say that only one

thing contributed to my health gum change, but I would start with the above.

I have used tea tree toothpaste, co Q 10 tooth paste, and grapefruit seed

toothpaste.

I chew xylitol gum but I don't like trident because it's also got

aspartame/sucralose in it. You can get trident w/xylitol anywhere, and most

sugar free gums have a combo of xylitol and artificial sweeteners. I prefer

to get gum sweetened only with xylitol, which is not that easy to find in

stores. It is on amazon, however; a quick search will reveal it in bulk.

I like to get things on amazon because i'm on swagbucks and i've got an

endless supply of free amazon gift cards.

(http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/leahnuskin). get paid to search, do surveys,

buy stuff from certain merchants, etc. you get paid in " swagbucks " which you

can redeem for amazon gift cards or other prizes. I end up getting $20-$25

in gift cards per month, so I just save them up to make a purchase on

amazon. I've earned and spent over $200 amazon gc from this site in the past

year. cool cuz you can get just about anything that's available on amazon

now.

i chew xylitol gum every time I drink coffee to prevent stains.

used xylitol in anything. So who carries this? Is it pretty common and I

should find it anywhere candy is sold? Or do I have to buy it online

somewhere?
