Guest guest
Hi all I've just joined this group, and I'm not sure how it all works, but I've had a c-toma removed back in 2005, and am in the belief now that it's grown back. After reading some stories about the potential of them coming back, I'm going to organise my check up asap. In my case I don't believe I was diagnosed correctly in the first place, I went in to have a skin graft on my eardrum which should have taken about half an hour, only to find that I was in surgeory for over 4 hours as the found the c-toma. Two of my bones had to be replaced as it had eaten into them, and I still cannot hear properly out of that ear.....Anyway, from what I've read this is something that you need to always be on top of ........ie regular check ups etc...so I'm going to get my act together .... I will keep you posted on how it turns out. Jacq.
