Guest guest
Very interesting..........Seems from perspective the decreased blood flow is where the Autistic symptoms occur. Guest guest
Thank You for sharing this important finding. I hope that your link will become a permanent link from this site. It seems from looking briefly at your page that your son has amazingly overcome many of his sensory problems & autistic behaviors through his surgery...But, is still having to learn/re-learn skills that had been lost or that he was behind in such as how to talk. Is that correct? I was also wondering if Trigonocephaly might be caused by an improperly fitted helmet to correct flathead in an infant. I've noticed that quite often kids in our school seeking sensory treatment were wearing helmets or had worn them? Could this be further constricting head growth and forcing early suture closure in areas that it would not have been closing early regardless of the flathead problem? Is this causing damage to the developing brain? Did your child ever wear a helmet? I noted the comment on a website link you had ...that said since back sleeping these suture problems have increased. But, maybe with helmets it's adding more trauma. What's a better way to treat flathead? > hello, i am new to this group, my name is graham and I am writing > this email from tokyo, japan. > > my 3 year son Ken is autistic and two months ago he had operation on > his skull to correct his mild trigonocephaly. > > within two weeks after operation, he started finger pointing, > stopped banging his forehead against the wall, less hyperative, a > lot more eye contacts and making more noises. > > More than 200 kids had the operation and 90% sees improvement. > And 80% of the 200 kids are autistic. > > I have build a web site to provide more information on the subject: > > http://regalia.nir.jp/~graham/cover-e.html > > pls take a look because it may save a lot of tears and pains that > everyone of us has gone through. > > graham in tokyo > father of ken 3 years autism
Guest guest
hello, I just want to share this with all of you. My name is graham and I am writing this email from tokyo, japan. my 3 year son Ken is autistic and two months ago he had operation on his skull to correct his mild trigonocephaly which makes his frontal lobe small and also causing raised intracranial pressure. within two weeks after operation, he started finger pointing, stopped banging his forehead against the wall, less hyperative, a lot more eye contacts and making more noises. More than 200 kids had the operation and 90% sees improvement. And 80% of the 200 kids are autistic. I have build a web site to provide more information on the subject: http://regalia.nir.jp/~graham/cover-e.html pls take a look because it may save a lot of tears and pains that everyone of us has gone through. if you have any enquiry, pls email me directly at: graham@... graham in tokyo father of ken 3 years autism

Guest guest
hi, he was behind in talking. in general we found it is easier to teach him after operation becaue he is much less hyper and more attentive. my son did not wear a helmet before operation. now he has to for protecting his head ! I have let your members to know about this so I will be leaving this group. any more comments, pls email me: graham@... graham > > hello, i am new to this group, my name is graham and I am writing > > this email from tokyo, japan. > > > > my 3 year son Ken is autistic and two months ago he had operation > on > > his skull to correct his mild trigonocephaly. > > > > within two weeks after operation, he started finger pointing, > > stopped banging his forehead against the wall, less hyperative, a > > lot more eye contacts and making more noises. > > > > More than 200 kids had the operation and 90% sees improvement. > > And 80% of the 200 kids are autistic. > > > > I have build a web site to provide more information on the subject: > > > > http://regalia.nir.jp/~graham/cover-e.html > > > > pls take a look because it may save a lot of tears and pains that > > everyone of us has gone through. > > > > graham in tokyo > > father of ken 3 years autism
