Hi,Im not panic anyway, but im frustrated.All the ENT here tell me different stories, some say yes it is ctoma, some say no, some even say just keep in observation.So if anyone know any neuro-otologist, otologist, or otolaryngologist who shall be more competent in ctoma case, pls let me know.I am from Malaysia, near to Singapore.Chew

Chew, I don't know your whole story so I'd like to ask, have any of

them done an MRI? If not, you need one. Then they'll know if they

really need to go in right away.

Sometimes the ctoma can hide, so the docs might not think it's too bad

and they can handle it in the office, but then in the MRI they see it

in the mastoid bone or someplace else. I had some hiding in the 'attic'

which was found when I needed an MRI for my other ear.

Sometimes if the ctoma does look very small they will just keep a keen

eye on it for a couple months and remove what they can in the office.
