Attico-antrostomy for cholesteatoma

I am new to the group and sorry to ask these questions again.

Has anyone had the above procedure? If possible could you elaborate as cannot find much information on this procedure.

Im 4 months post-operative and hearing the same as before, my incus bone was eroded - can this be reconstructed? - 2nd look surgery due October 08.

Has anyone experienced the feeling of pins and needles and numbness in a large area above the ear and up to their eye? Will this eventually disappear?
