Asperger's Research StudyGood morning! My name is Cherewatti and I am a graduate student atHarvard. I am currently working on my master’s thesis in psychology, and thesubject is early identification of children with Asperger’s syndrome.I am beginning a research study for parents of children who have been diagnosedwith Asperger’s syndrome at least one year ago. Would it be possible for youto post and/or distribute the attached flyer to members of your Asperger'sparents' support groups? All participation in this study can be done via U.S.mail and telephone, thus making it simple for the parents. In addition, we areoffering $10 in compensation for participation. On a personal note, my younger brother has Asperger’s. Thus, I am sensitive toprivacy concerns, as well as the impact AS has on families. All participationand personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Thanks so much for your consideration. Please let me know if you are interestedin helping out. I would be happy to call you with more details and/or send youinformation about my study. I look forward to hearing from you.
