Ear protruding after surgery

Anyone who has had the surgery with the incision behind the ear know

for how long the ear seems to protrude out form the ear. I'm able to

tell that its a little off but does this usually get back to normal

with time? Im worried I will have to deal with this ear protruding for

the greater part of my life since I'm going to have to have 2 more

surgeries this year, hoping I don't have a re-occurrence. Thanks for

all of your help I'm so glad I found this group.
