Guest guest
I don't exactly have the test or instructions, but do recall the solution was suppose to be the same pH as stomach acid. Which of course is only helpful for those supps that are suppose to dissolve in the stomach. Not those that are suppose to make it to the intestines. Ron supplement test? Does someone have the instructions for the test as to how supplements dissolve in the stomach ? it's something like put them in a cup of vinegar..... Guest guest
I've heard you can do this with calcium to see if it's a good supplement or not. That's the only one I've heard about. A powder or capsule will be faster to dissolve and absorbed by your body than a tablet if that's a concern for you. Don may know this one... I haven't heard of this one. Would probably be an interesting test to try on vitamin pills and such just to see whether the vinegar will dissolve them and if so what will be left.. The stomach uses hydrochloric acid instead of acetic acid (vinegar) in our digestion. Probably one of the best ways to take supplements would be in powdered form instead of tablet. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
