Guest guest
Today I learned that Willard Mercy Hospital is offering a program called A-C.L.U.B (Autism Can Learn Unknown Behavior) this summer. There will be 2 one week sessions for children with Autism where they can learn to improve their life skills. The 1st week is July 10-14 from 9-11:30. They will be focusing on the more compkex life skill & social interactions. The 2nd week will be Juy 17-21 and will fosuc on children who require more 1 on 1 personal attention/supervision. The cost is $50 and they say financial assistance is available. This is a group setting with activities revolving around communication, social interactions, & leisure/play you can call 419-964-5700 to register. They are closed for the weekend so you can call on MOnday. Also Norwalk Rec Center is currently offer adoptive swim lesson. This is one on one with the swim instructor and they do work with Autisic kids for this. Becky
