Hi Deborah,

White grape juice will not be any where near as good to use as the very

dark purplish grape juice. Though, do not use any frozen grape juice or

any frozen juices. They must be preferrable organic and fresh. Barring

that bottled is alright to use but never frozen.

You will be needing 1 gallon of juice per day and 1 gallon of distilled

water per day. You will consume all of this including the 16 oz. of

prune juice first thing in the morning. If you use the grape juice then

you will only need 2 quarts because you will dilute it with two quarts

of distilled water. Use Welches or get some from your local HFS.

This should get you started. Peace be with you Deborah.

Hi Deborah,

Most likely you slept wrong, moved wrong, breathed wrong or something. I

had a bout with some cracked ribs here about a year ago and it seems to

have taken forever to heal. It hurt lots too. I ended up taking a very

hot bath followed by an ice cold one twice a day. This I believe helped

me tremendously. The cold bath right after the hot really helps with pain.

Peace be with you on this cleanse Deborah and congratulations on taking

the first step towards better health.

i just finished my first cleanse.. i have had two gall bladder attacks

andultrasounds show gallstones each time. I did the epsom salt, apple

juice, lemon juice and olive oil one. Oh my.. the olive oil was the worst part.I

passed a few pea size stones, but many, many tiny ones. All dayyesterday, this

was happening.Surgeon recommended surgery, imagine that :) Am going to see my

PrimaryCare doc to talk to her about the cleanse, symptoms and surgery.I

recently read an article from Mayo clinic, saying that people that dothese

cleanses.. may be seeing what they think are gallstones, but arereally remnants

of the oil and food particles ( not gallstones). But thenwhen i look at pictures

of the gall stones, mine looked like that.I realize that i will need to flush

more than a few times to " cleanse " mygall bladder and liver..Just wanted to

post my experience and ask for any ideas about the article iread that said not

gallstones, just oil and food residue!i have found this forum very

helpful
