Pre Op and Post Op Instructions for adults/kids

Hello everyone,

It was brought to my attention that we have a pre op " cheat sheet " for

kids but not for adults. Also, no post op instructions for either.

I would like some suggestions from all of you so I can put these " cheat

sheets " together.
