Going to concerts/movies after surgery

Hi everyone! I had surgery (through ear canal and new prosthesis put in) about

two weeks

ago now. I had a similar sugery 2 years ago. There is a band I'd really like

to go see playing

in 2 weeks. Could this possibly interfere w/ my prosthesis that was just put

in? I plan to

bring ear plugs. Also, how about going to see a movie at the movie theatre? I

feel that about

50-70% of my hearing in the ear has come back already. I'd really like to get

out and do

more things, but want to make sure they won't affect my hearing long term. How

long

should I wait for either?
