I do a lot of toenail fungus blends- they vary according to need and tenacity. It's not easy to get rid of and certainly does require a holistic inside/ outside approach. Be sure to eliminate the source and fight it at all levels. Good luck! Whole Life Essentials. Guest guest
Hi Rob, There is no problem with using DMSO with the black walnut hull tincture. You can also use, if you have access to it, Chaparral fresh decoction to wash your feet or soak them in. Also consider Usnea barbata if you can get some. Now fungal infections like moist so wear sandals more. Most likely you also have it systemic so you will want to battle it internally too through diet change and making your body a little more alkaline if it isn't already. Guest guest
Thanks Don and all for helping!!!! The thing is my diet is great. TN every morning, regular lunch, and usually a salad with fresh green veggies (spinach, romaine, sprouts and dandelion leaves) for dinner....I don't adhere to this on the weekends....but I feel great almost all the time and I never get sick....I caught this fungal infection in my much unhealthier college years and it has been a pain to get out.....I think the black walnut hulls powder mixed with some water and dmso should help.....we will see...I did it last night and I slept with socks on...the mixture stayed on all night and I did another applications this morning, so I will see what happens....I also filed the nails down last night, pretty low, to give me a jump start.... -----Original Message----- From: Don Quai [mailto:mysticalherbalist@...] Sent: Wed 5/19/2004 2:31 AM health Cc: Subject: Re: toenail fungus...
