Guest guest
By the BMT sounds like you are doing good. Keep up on the Essiac for sure. Juicing fresh organic fruits and veggies is excellent. Look into super green foods as well like wheat grass, barley grass, chlorella, spirulina and purple dulse. Astragulus is an adaptogen, which means it will adapt to help where ever needed in her body and boost her immune system. Keep us posted on how she is doing. Janet ----- Original Message ----- From: oldglory@... health Sent: Friday, May 14, 2004 5:28 PM Subject: Cancer spread to the spine, hip bone and sternum Hi,Eight years ago my Mother had a lumpectomy for breast cancer. The doctor said he got it all. Five years later her doctor retired and referred her to another cancer doctor for periodic check ups. The new doctor asked how long it had been since her operation and when told five years, he said to not come to see him because she was cured. Three years later Mother was having great pain and difficulty with her hip. One doctor said an inflamed bursa and it didn't respond to treatment. The next doctor said arthritis and it didn't respond to treatment. It was nearly impossible for her to walk by this time. I insisted on an X-ray which showed her hip bone eaten up 90% or more and in grave danger of breaking any moment. She had emergency surgery to drive a rod down the thigh bone and a pin to hold it all together. This stopped most of the awful pain and she healed very well.Naturally when we went for her first appointment after the surgery (she dismissed chemo and radiation), I asked the doctor about using a heating pad for I'd read viruses were sensitive to heat. He hesitated a long moment and then said, Sure. After that, any question we asked was met with, Sure. Later I found out the reason for him saying anything was OK to try is, there is no cure for cancer in the bones, or such a small percentage that it is nearly 100% fatal. We've been going to Abilene once a month for some time now and having blood marker tests. When Mother had her operation around Feb. 1st, her blood marker test was at 83 and last month it was at 47. I understand anything over 35 indicates cancer so when we went to her doctor's place 9 days ago, they drew blood. Five phone calls later I accidentally connected with the head nurse who had not returned any of my phone calls and messages, asking for information. She said they didn't do the blood marker test the last time, just a kidney test. Long story short, I was pretty peeved and downright irritable. We will go to another doctor tomorrow to have her blood drawn. We have to know if what we are doing is in the right direction and without the blood marker test, we have no clue.My question is, does anyone know anything that can be done for this kind of cancer that we aren't doing? We are doing ESSIAC, Platinum and Selenium colloidal water, Artemisinin, cottage cheese and flaxseed oil and far infrared pad. I'm forgetting a few things but have researched quite a bit.We are planning on trying the Breuss vegetable juice diet if we can get all the vegetables (beets, celeraic, black radishes and potatoes and carrots. Does anyone have any good information on this diet. Supposedly in 42 days all the cancer will be gone without the sugar, carbs and especially protein.Thank you for any help or information!Baugh
Guest guest
I thought adaptogenic herbs would all stimulate the immune system because they are adaptive, and most problems in the body go through the immune system at some point in the cycle. Could be over thinking it though hehe. Guest guest
Well that is kind of what I thought too. However, in cases of overly active immunological dis-eases that don't need stimualting, I was wondering if there might be some adaptogenic herb that does not stimulate the immune system. Guest guest
Hi Persian, I wrote to my Mother's (BTW, I know it isn't 'proper' to capitalize the word Mother but I decided she deserved it if anyone did), oncologist and received this reply to my question, Is bone cancer fatal if not in a major organ? Reply: " JEAN, YOUR MOTHER HAS BREAST CANCER THAT HAS GONE TO THE BONE. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. " Thank you, Baugh ******************** > > On Sat, May 15, 2004 at 06:17:15 -0500, oldglory@... wrote: >> >> The hip and sternum wouldn't concern me so much as the spine, which carries >> all your body's messages.
