three-year-old boy have been charged in his death. Police also say the foster father burned the body of little Marcus Fiesel - a developmentally disabled boy reported missing on August 15th. Liz and Carroll Jr. are accused of leaving the boy in a closet in their home while they went to a family reunion in Kentucky on August 4th. Investigators believe the boy was dead when the couple returned home two days later. A grand jury indicted the Carrolls on charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children, and Carroll was charged with gross abuse of a corpse.
