We know it will be in September, probably the last Saturday, but all the rest of the details have not been worked out yet. If you can get onto the MGB Post Op E Group, that is where all the info is. I've spent enough time in Durham recently LOL. Anyway that Thursday will be my first " skinny " birthday and I'm going to go watch half naked men at a club in MD and maybe even get me one of those special dances. I just hope your doggies don't think I smell bad ....LOL... BTW, we have 7 new kitties...wild ones....where they came from, I haven't a clue, but it's a good thing we have a feeder outside that is constant....that's a lot of kittie chow! Parking should NOT be a problem as there are nice large lots at all the facilities. I am REALLY glad you are coming as you have always been one of my favorites... Looking forward to meeting you. In case looking on a map would help, Holly Point is off New Light Road north of highway 98. Sandling Beach is off of Highway 50 but I can't remember if it is north or south of highway 98. picnic Hey everyone!! How much do we need to plan on for this? Everything is going pretty good on this end. Grass Fires are keeping me busy and off the streets. (No Fun) It's been awfully hot here in southern Oklahoma. 102 today. That's in the shade!!!!!!!! Sure would like to hear from some of the fellow Oklahoma MGB'ers about a support group around Tulsa or Oklahoma City. I'm in Stillwater (where I work) and you better believe it's HOT today! It feels hotter than 102, I try and stay inside with the A/C! I'm game for a Oklahoma Support Group, too. I know there are post-ops in the OKC and Tulsa area. Do you know where the majority of them are? I prefer OKC over Tulsa (don't know my way around Tulsa at all), but would go either place, or even alternate. I know you all had a meeting in OKC, probably about last October. Thanks for offering to donate the items. We will be furnishing fruit, veggies and chips on our own, that will be around after RH & B has packed up and gone. If you would like to bring some items for this stuff, people will not have to hold on to their meal plate if they want something later. YEAH) and want to get him a meal if one is available (If not I have to stop anyway to get a meal for my 3yr old daughter I'll get one for me too and let him have mine.)
