Hi, there is a whole list of stuff you can take listed in the patient

handbook. That is the maximum stuff. I don't take nearly all of them but it

is a good idea to make smoothies with whey protein and glutamon (spelling?)

they are both good for your muscles and mix well with the smoothie. Check

out the handbook it is for our reference and guidance.

well, you can use plain yogurt, frozen or fresh fruit, put a scoop of protein

(vanilla or whatever flavor you want) in it, some crushed ice. You could

even use your citricel. and then blend it real good in a blender and any

variation from this. smoothiecentral.com is a great website to get some

recipes.

Sherry,

What do you mean - that you taken nothing? You don't mean that you

haven't eaten anything do you? Regardless- with the problems that you have

been describing from past emails and as a nurse - you REALLY need to CALL Dr

R or Dana - immediately!!!!

Please!

anything other than the pepto, reglan, citrucel, tums, actigall, protonix,

maalox antacid/antigas and multivitamins. Can you help me out with the other

products I should be taking? What about these protein shakes I keep hearing

about? Come on Lynda, Debra, Flo, Margaret, I know you are out there, help

Tommy,

I am not a but I will tell you about my " killer " smoothies

lately......

I have been using vanilla whey protein (I like Isopure) mixed with the

calcium-enriched Crystal Lite (same amount of calcium as milk but no

calories!) and frozen fruit. Using the frozen fruit is easier on the

blender than the ice cubes and makes the whole thing more smooth. You

can add the glutamine or any other powders you are taking. My husband

also uses some of the V8 fruit flavors too. I have also used Kool-Aid

strawberry lemonade.

Dear Sherry,

I went to gnc which are vitaman stores in the Chicago area and maybe in yours

..

I atke a shake every morning and its like a malted milk. You get whey protein

, glutamine and creatin and put 5or 6 ozs of skimmed milk, some ice and I buy

fresh strawberrys and blueberries and freeze them and I add either one with a

banana and a couple of ice cubes. Delicious and your taking most of your

vitamins with it

a, are you talking about the manual? I have it and I've purchased everything

in it, I just haven't begun to take the stuff. I have a hard time just getting

in the actigall and one multivitamin and the citrucel. I was on the reglan and

pepto for 2 months...Sherry
