How much gatorade do people drink a day? If you don't drink gatorade, what do you drink? Any V8'ers out there? How much water? I think I am chronically dehydrated...maybe part of the fainting problem. Even when I drink 32 oz of gatorade a day, I feel like crap. I guess I have to wait and see what the blood work reveals, if anything.
