Guest guest
This can happen As part of the healing process the body will begin to discard toxic residues which have built up in your body over the years. The healing process usually does not occur without repercussions. During the initial phase of healing, as your body begins to clean house, (detoxify) and your vital energy begins to repair and rebuildinternal organs, you may experience headache, uneasiness, flu like symptoms and fatigue. These are the most common. I have been having some weird things happening. First, I found that my upper left arm hurt on the outside just like it had been bruised. That stayed with me for two days. Since I hadn't been hit that I knew of, I was really puzzled. In the meantime, my knee (which I had hurt and banged a long time ago on that same spot) started to hurt. It hurt for hours then stopped. Then my temple started to hurt. It was a place where I had banged once, and it hurt for days. A few hours later, that stopped. Then my lower calf started to hurt. I tore a muscle in it about 3 months ago. That stopped. Then my lower back started to hurt about in the same place that I had injured it when I was 16. It hurt for a while then stopped. Then my neck started to hurt. It hurt for about a day and a half. Same place it hurt when I had the car accident 12 years ago. Then my elbow, which I hurt about 4 months ago, started to hurt. It hurt bad for hours (has been hurting me for months), and now it is only a minor soreness down my arm. Several times, I have had pains in my chest on both sides of my heart. And yes, my heart has been broken more than once. *G* I didn't think that a liver cleanse would bring back all these old injuries. Since they are not hurting now, I can only believe that they came back to finish the healing or purging that they needed to do from the healing. This seems very strange to me, and I didn't have a clue that this might happen to me. Any thoughts? Tomorrow I do "The Bomb." I am a little apprehensive about it. I hope my legs don't fall off of something. *G* Kay

This is great and is what you wish to have happen. All kinds of odd and strange things will happen that you might be unaware of ever having had happen to you. But they will not last as long and once they manifest and disappear they are gone for good. It is amazing what all the liver is tied up with. It has been considered the seat of all emotions. Emotions are connected with every illness and pain you have ever had. Just a thought. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Yes, stopping in the middle of a cleanse is NOT a good idea. However, sometimes circumstances force the issue and then we get to suffer some more. Up your intake of TT, take some echinacea, whip up some hot ginger tea or cayenne tea, climb in the tub with some really hot water and epsom salts, add in some eucalyptus leaves or oil and allow yourself to just soak for about 45 minutes while drinking this tea and inhaling the eucalyptus. When you get out of the bath climb into bed and pile on all the blankets you can find so that you will sweat hard. DO TAKE PLENTY OF WATER TO BED WITH YOU SO YOU WON'T DEHYDRATE YOURSELF!!!! Then just drink, sleep and sweat your hiney off. By morning you should be feeling a lot better. Then take as many IC#1 as you need to get you moving and stay at that dosage 3x's per day 1/2 hour before meals. IF your bowels get too loose then back off until they become more normal. Then stay there period 3x's per day 1/2 hour before your meals. I am sorry to hear that you are having relationship problems. I will keep you and Brock in my prayers and I know that everything will work out for you both. Just hang in there and know that we are all here if you need us Candace. Peace be with you both Candace and your DH as well. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
It is amazing what all the liver is tied up with. It has been considered the seat of all emotions. Emotions are connected with every illness and pain you have ever had. Dang! Well, I have been so depressed since I am taking this liver cleanse, it must be true. I tell you, I could just lie down and die. Of course, I have another problem that is the main reason I did the liver cleanse which hasn't resolved yet. So that could be it too. It really depresses me a lot. But if the liver isn't the seat of all emotions, then it sure makes me emotional! Some of those old sayings I truly believe are far truer than we could ever imagine. I wonder if my liver is depressed? Or am I getting out the horrible depression and sorrow I have had over things that have happened to me? Interesting introspections. Thanks.
