I posted about this several weeks ago and have been using it. You can

mix it in any liquid and there is no flavor.

It says that each adult dose has 37 calories from maltodextrin/sucrose.

Right. I saw it, too. Will have to check and see if it's in the stores

around me. I still have some leftover from before...kind of have been

hoarding it! ;)
