BIG GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!!!!!

Hi Gang,

Well, I finally lost 100 pounds! I am sooooo excited. I suffered from a

several week long plateau which finally broke (I inhaled the protein) and

lost the last 3 pounds needed to break 100. I have more to lose but god

does this feel GREAT!!!! Thank you to those who have helped me deal with the

plateaus they absolutely drive my crazy. I have had no complications, I

have lost some hair and had one dumping episode which I hope I never repeat.

I am healthy, happy and feel great! I have another 100 to lose and I am

sure that 100 won't be quite so quick but I am in this for the long haul.

Thanks for being there everyone...this list is a life saver for me. Maybe

I'll lose some more before my 6 month report in a week.

Gosh, thats fantastic to have lost so much so quickly!!!! I too

still have a lot more to lose, at least 60-80 lbs and it will be a

long haul Keep it up!!!
