Hi Marge,

I had a full abdominal hysterectomy and major tummy tuck with my arms done

in May.

I went to Texas and walked all over San when I was 4 weeks out. I

was pretty sore for the first couple of weeks. I had plenty of energy and

felt fine by the 3-4 week.

Good luck on your surgery. I am thrilled with mine.

Lost 125lbs,

Size 10-12

Hi,

I had a face lift in CR on June 22nd. I don't have a any pain but my

one ear is still a bit numb. I also had a lot of lipo and a few

other minor nips and tucks. I was fine enough to make the trip out

to the beach and take a couple of local tours after about a week.

First trip I had a TT. I walked about 10-15 blocks to do some sight

seeing about 7 days after but it was a stretch. I think you will be

fine to take your trip after a month out.
