Thank you. That was the answer to my question. I'm not having any problem

with what I'm taking, so I guess I'll continue with them. I'm definitely not

constipated which would be my main concern with iron. Hasn't affected me

that way to date.

I am taking the regular vitamins with iron plus one iron a day and constipation

has NEVER been my problelm??? Just the opposite--5-6 times a day if you know

what I mean! I was low on iron at 1 year.
