Guest guest
His weight is perfect and he stopped snoring, This is very typical of those that give up grains. Snoring of course is a sign of disordered breathing. Junk food, sugar and grain products impair the sinuses and those that give up these foods have marked imporvement in their breathing and fewer colds and sinus infections. Sometimes acute and chronic sinus infections are caused by molds/fungus, yet the standard treatment is anti-biotic therapy which should only be used for bacterial infections. I think just going from what I have read that giving up junk food, sugar, grains products (cereal, bread, pasta) cuts down on breathing problems and thus snoring. no snoring means better sleep for the snoror and the snoree...LOL Sharyn, do you sleep better now that your husband doesn't snore?
