I have never heard of this type before but I would think you would be much better just sticking to one juice for the full three days. Then say in a month or so do it again with a different juice. Other than that it sounds great. Best to you on this and have fun, fun, fun. Peace be with you Holly. " ....................................................................... Thank you, Don. After checking out the 3 day cleanse in the files (glad I'd caught Suzi's message), I began the following this morning: prune juice in the a.m., OJ and water, and olive oil (1 tablespoon three times daily.) (No TN or other supplements.) A bonus to all the orange peels is that I'm now inspired to make homemade vitamin C. Regards, Holly

Glad that you did it though and I do know that you have experienced positive results from doing so. The more you do this the better off you will be. Do try the 6 day or even longer if you choose. The hunger passes after the first couple of days and you will feel just incredible. Good for you on using those citrus peelings. Just make sure that you wash all citrus before you juice cut them for juicing. Citrus growers are notorious for using sprays on their fruits. It is easier to wash them first and then cut them open. LOL Also good job on the sprouting. You can't ever go wrong there. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Hey, and the nasal passages are still free and clear...I'll definitely keep a 6 day cleanse in mind and will make time in the future for being at home for the duration of a 6 day cleanse. I felt it was a good choice to stay close to home for two reasons: 1) it facilitated the introspective dimension of the cleanse and 2) in the event of a 'healing crisis', I knew I could rest, etc., more comfortably at home than elsewhere. Yes, I washed the fruits prior to using them. Even though the citrus was organic, I realize the bags had been sitting on shelves, etc. Well, seeing the growth of the mung beans sprouts is just delightful! It's interesting how one small positive change can lead to other positive changes...and, in addition, I'll save some money on sprouts now. Again, I'm appreciative of the info and support on this list. Regards, Holly

At least until you get to know how your body will react and what to expect. Then it is moderately safe to venture in the great outdoors. I am glad that your nasal passages and sinuses are clear. This is a plus. You are going to be surprised by the six day cleanse. Hehehehe It really is great. Yes, you definitely save on sprouting your own. Mung beans, lentils, garbanzos, etc. So many different ways you can use them too. You are very welcome for the help, info, and advice. That is what we are about. Everyone helping one another get over the humps in life and work a little harder on being totally responsible for our health and well being. Peace be with you Holly. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
