Hello all,

I am so happy they have their own page...I " liked " them.   One small

correction

Grady, Iraqi's are Arab so they speak Arabic.  I am sure they're are some Farsi

speakers with Persians living in Iraq, but majority are Arab and speak Arabic.

I learned through my Persian friend from college to never call a Persian an

Arab, so, there is a cultural/language difference and disagreements.

Maybe I'll be able to brush up on my extremely rusty Arabic from back in the

day.

Subject: The LPs of Iraq create facebook page, very new

The Short Stature People of Iraq group has launched a Facebook 'like' page. They

are very brand new on here. I was the 2nd 'liker'. You may want to give them a

'like' too. Of course, not every posting of theirs will be in English, some may

be in Farsi (Persian).
