Blenders are very cheap. You can easily buy another one at the local KMart or WalMart.

I wouldn't take *anything* "because my doctor told me to." As for enzymes, don't "take" them, *eat* them. They're in all raw food. That way you get them naturally. The body doesn't produce enzymes naturally; it either uses from the store it was born with or gets them from the foods you eat. Cooked foods have no enzymes because they're killed when heated above 118 degrees. Eat more raw foods and invest in a new blender (if you join a Freecycle list -- www.freecycle.org -- I bet you can get one for nothing in a day or so) so that those raw foods are easier to digest.

my blender broke so now i can puree or blend anything. I am not taking anything except for what I said in my post..primal defense (probiotics), vitamins, vitamin c, gastromycin, b-vitamins and biotin for which i just added today only once a day. biotin helps digest fats and carbs...i really haven't had any bread since yesterday(one piece). i am taking the gastromycin because my doctor told me to take it and he says that it is my stomach. I actually believe him because I took an enzyme yesterday and that just irritated my stomach EVEN worse!! He told me not to take my enzymes because they will irritate my stomach and make the sitation worse right now. my doctor wants me to try and let my body produce all this stuff naturally I guess. He doesn't push alot of supplements until your body really needs them.

I often forget and wash it down with water, and it burns for quite a while. Does anyone else have any helpful tips for taking cayenne? I have heard you are supposed to take it with bread, but I don't eat much of that..... and the K9's
