Guest guest
I felt this little guy deserved his own post and remembrance. He had Hurler syndrome, and he unfortunately lost his battle with it due to complications that arose from a bone marrow transplant that many if not all(?) need to stay alive and thrive. He was 1 years old. http://www.theledger.com/article/20080927/news/809270346 & tc= Once on news article, check out his family's own website for Liam, it is beautiful, informative and of course now, sad. Or click from here as well: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/liamlarrow One of the characteristics is short stature, depending on the severity of the one who has this condition. I do know that a few or many(?) with it, including the (ap) parents, are also members of this group and.or of the LPA. Hurler Syndrome MPS I and its definition here: http://rarediseases.about.com/od/rarediseasesh/a/hurler.htm luv, and rip Liam, grady
