Guest guest
Hi I am disgnosed by Dr of genetics as " severe degenerative joints " . About 2 months ago I had real bad back pain, actually in my right side more so, well after x-rays they said I had a bulging disk, and narrowing of the lumbar stenosis. They did a MRI on me (which without the pain pills, I would of not been able to lay still), I was told MRI results were good. Well later ( less the 2 weeks) they wanted another MRI and a CTscan, well they did MRI, but my back was going thru spasms. Had to have them take me out of MRI so I could reposition myself, I couldn't help any movements...though I was biting my lower lip hard. They could not do the CTscan, cause after 5 attempts, my veins were dehydrated. Cause of the results of 2nd MRI (my new family Dr, who doesn't study genetics) wants to do more tests, for possible bone cancer. Has anyone else gone thru this? Could the " abnormalities " they are seeing, be the results of (1) my excessive movement in MRI (2) my " severe degenerative joints " ?? Before all this my genetics Dr recommended therpy for me, well the place I was told to get my therpy from...finally told me, the kind of therpy they give is from accident recovery. Even the spine specialist suggested therpy, but wasn't sure what could help with my dwarfism. Maybe can get other input, as my next Dr appoint is Dec 12th Thank You Bruce
