Guest guest
I've just recently realised that rather than walking on the outside of my heals, as is usual with bowed legs, I'm walking on the inside of the heal ball!!!! I also don't seem to be having the stress I usually get on my knees, again, due to the bowing of the legs. Anyone ever experienced this or have any info on it. Weird! It's as if my 64 year old legs have suddenly decided to straighten themselves. Fred
Guest guest
I have a similar problem but in a different area of the foot. I walk on the outside of my feet to the point, that my shoes wear out faster on the outer edge of each more than they do anywhere else, including the center. So, definitely, I am not flat footed rather I am 'rim' footed like a spent .22 caliber shell, for lack of a better word! This too, because of the way I walk, it seems I am eligible to have these molded inserts, which would be molded ONLY for me and my foot, and supposedly they will correct that problem by balancing out the rest of my foot, helping me to walk more evenly, so to speak. That is something that may work for you as well? ~grady > I've just recently realised that rather than walking on the outside of my heals, as is usual with bowed legs, I'm walking on the inside of the heal ball!!!! > I also don't seem to be having the stress I usually get on my knees, again, due to the bowing of the legs. > Anyone ever experienced this or have any info on it. > Weird!
