Also consider buying some coconut oil which is good for cooking and baking

And use it on your face and body instead of the chemical crap sold in the stores. Make sure you get unpasturized coconut oil. There are some great oils online. Do not buy the stuff in your local HFS. 99% of them are cooked, burnt, pasturized and no good.

Any questions? Just punch in "coconut oil" in Google and you'll get a bunch of hits for GOOD oil.
