Guest guest Posted August 23, 2004 Report Share Posted August 23, 2004 The Tabouli turned out extremely well. I used a whole bunch of cilantro (stalks and all) and skipped the mint leaves. My friend said it was the best Tabouli she had ever had, even at a good restaurant! I thought it was great, and since I adore cilantro (coriander), I think it was fantastic substitute for parsley.
