What is a yellow beet besides a beet that is yellow? hehe..don't think I have ever seen one.Also is a bermuda onion just a regular yellow onion or something all together different? I imagine the dulse is something that would need to be found online? Insomniac inquiring minds want to know Thankyou! tone The Rainbow Dagwoodby Living Nutrition Ingredients1 lg. bell pepper, cored, de-stemmed and sliced horizontally near the top1/2 cup celery, diced1 sm. avocado, mashedhandful of whole dulse leaf, rinsed and hand squeeze-driedslice of Bermuda onion1 yellow beet, processed into “spaghetti” using the Veggie Spiralizer1 cucumber, sliced1 lg. tomato, slicedhandful of sunflower greens (sprouts) Instructions1. Process the celery and avocado together to make a creamy slaw mixture.2. Fill the bottom of the bell pepper sandwich with the slaw.3. Add the remaining ingredients in layers.4. Top with the upper part of the bell pepper and enjoy!Options: substitute your choice of sprouts, grated vegetables or nut or seed cheese, or nut or seed butter in lieu of the avocado.
