From day 1 even. Walking in the park or somewhere out away from the hustle and bustle where you can commune with nature is very peaceful and relaxing. I am really glad that you are doing better. What kind of cleansing are you doing these days? I know you just finished one 3 months ago. Was it the TBC? Juice cleanse? Personally I feel that you should continue cleansing and doing juice cleansings. I know your diet has gotten much better and that is a major plus. Keep at it and you will overcome the fight or flight effects too. The more you cleanse the deeper the cleanse goes and the cleaner your body becomes. This includes the brain as well. Peace be with you Rik. > -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. I would suggest you doing a liver/gallbladder cleanse along with a kidney cleanse. You should also consider doing some serious juice cleansing to get rid of any stagnant lymph. You might also do a carrot and celery juice cleansing, as these are good for nerves and nervous conditions. Then you might also consider doing some serious all over cleansing and fasting to really deep clean. Now that you have done the bowel cleansings you should be set to go for some more serious cleaning of the body. You will be surprised at how much better you will feel when you really deep clean your body. You are very welcome Rik, this is what we are here for. Peace be with you Rik. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
I read long ago that one of the symptoms of Vitamin B (don't know which one) deficiency is sensitivity to sound. Especially if you've been on meds, you may well need a good Vitamin B complex. Sharyn From: Rik [mailto:bliksemskater@...] but i have alway,as long as i can remember, been sensetive to sounds. it isn't bugging me and i believe it is not that bad, but when i got off the meds, i noticed the sudden increase in sensetivity.(been drugged for 10 years) --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
It's B-6, but keep in mind you need to take all the B vitamins together for them to be absorbed right.
