Hi keri, I was reading your post to Nina and I understand . I was looking at my weight loss tracker that I keep and I could see how my weight loss took off when I had my 2nd and 3rd fill. from November to May I lost around 9 pounds and gained it back and that was after my 1st fill at 1.2 ccs. And when I got my 2nd fill in May at 1.7 ccs I started losing real fast. I followed the docs orders exactly and it worked. I had my 2nd fill at 2.0 ccs in June and I continue to loss. Here is an example of my tracker: pre-op 8/05 - 290lbs D.O.B 9/20/05 - 280 lbs. 10/18/05 - 259lbs. 11/28/05 - 248 lbs 11/05 1st fill 1.2 ccs - 248lbs 5/4/06 2nd fill 1.7 ccs - 249 lbs 5/31/06 - 227lbs 6/19/06 3rd fill 2.0 ccs - 221lbs 7/14/06 - 206lbs See how the fills helped? I was struggling for about 4 months or more. Then when I got my 2nd and

3rd fill and followed the docs instructions I kicked off my weight loss. For those months I struggled I thought the band didnt work for me, I was so wrong, I needed to use it correctly thats all. And PROTEIN is so important I drink 2 shacks a day for breakfast and lunch, and It fills me up. I hope this helps. Hi Penny, No I am not usually hungry until about 2pm. I have just been trying to eat because I feel that if I dont my body is going to go into that starvation mode and start holding onto the fat that I want to get rid of. And I am trying to not get into the soft foods syndrome. Thats easy for me to get down. Thank You Penny for the advice. I really appreciate everyone's support here!! Tammy I.
