Guest guest Posted April 19, 2006 Report Share Posted April 19, 2006 Watercress Salad Cooking time: none Preparation time: 5 minutes 1 x 85g/3oz pack watercressDressing:1 tsp mixed peppercorns1 tsp mustard seed1 clove garlic, crushed3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar¼ tsp brown sugar (never found a good sub for this)¼ tsp sea salt Place the peppercorns and mustard seed in a mortar and grind with the pestle. Pour into a small bowl and mix in the remaining dressing ingredients and toss with the watercress. Suzi What is a weed?
